Make fun of me if you will for my 'winning attitude' (and you know who you are), but I sooo love to win. Not just simply because of the act of winning, but because I always go into a situation whole-heartedly thinking that I'm going to win. My attitude justifies my feelings and for some reason, I think it's worth it. John constantly laughs at me because he likes to go into everything thinking the worst and occasionally being surprised. I, on the other hand, like to go into things thinking that I will win because I truly want to and if I don't, I'm very surprised. Sometimes I pray to win things that will benefit my family and other times I just wish really hard. Sometimes....it pays off!
Last week I won 4 tickets to see Disney on Ice at JQH Arena through KY3.com. Also, a friend offered to give me 6 tickets she wasn't using. Long story short, I invited 7 other people knowing that we had enough tickets. However, the extra 6 tickets were for KC this past weekend. I felt horrible to have to call my friends and tell them the bad news. Luckily, everyone registered so we could try to win additional tickets. Guess who won today...my grandma!!! Now we have 8 out of the 10 tickets we needed to go. We're going to keep trying to enter the others who haven't won, but if it doesn't work, we'll buy the last two and split the cost between us.
My kids are extremely excited to go and I'll be going with some wonderful friends that I love and adore. If you haven't registered to win, visit KY3 or KSPR to try your luck at winning. If you don't want to win, but feel the need to try to get us our last tickets, we'd love you dearly.
