Poppy Seed Bread 
This recipe came from a dessert exchange from our retired school counselor, Becky Dobbs.

Mix together:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add:
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in two lightly greased loaf pans @ 350 degrees for one hour. Cool completely and glaze with:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4  sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
