All the fun $10 will allow

On Saturday, we got to meet up with Shelly and her kids and make a trip to Springfield for shopping and lots of time with Chuck E. Cheese. As usual, our shopping kick-off started with one of our favorite stores, Target. We each got the kiddos a few new spring clothes and Cole got a Lego Star Wars Wii game.

Then, we headed to PFI's tent sale and Shelly bought herself some adorable new red Ariat boots. Why I didn't get a picture, I will never know. We also stopped by Pier 1 to pick up the most adorable moss covered bunnies that everyone else in blogland seems to have this year. They are too cute!
At the end of the day, we met up with my sister-in-law, Niki, and her children and headed to Chuck E. Cheese. The kids used their good grade cards to get extra free tokens! (Remember, I LOVE free stuff!) The kids had a ball and it only cost Shelly and me $10 a piece for an order of cinnamon sticks each and lots of tokens. At the end of the night, I was exhausted, but so proud that my children were so good and that we were able to get together with good friends and family. I can't get enough of time well spent with them.

  1. Sounds like fun! I don't think I have ever met anyone who know as much of the ins and outs of saving money as you do!

    You are good!
