Slippin' and Slidin'

Friday, I had lots of housework to do and in the midst of it all, Cole wanted Olivia to come over to play because he apparently hadn't gotten enough time with her at Shelly's stamp party the night before. :) So, he called and invited them over. A few minutes later, we got a call from Kim to come slip and slide with them since Shelly's kiddos were going to be there, too. So, we got showered and put on swimsuits and went to Kim's for hours of slipping and sliding and playing inside and out. It was great to have a spontaneous invitation and even better to decide to go with the flow and not pass up the opportunity to play with friends. The kids had a wonderful time and the mom's all had a chance to visit. We always have fun when Kim is around. She is very funny and likes to laugh at herself. :)
