On Wednesday, we were getting the house picked up and ready for a visit from our preacher and his wife. John came inside and asked Audrey who was coming to our house. Her reply, “The Creature’s coming over!”

Throughout the night, Audrey kept bringing all her toys in the living room from her bedroom. Cole went to his room to get his bible to see if it was a KJV or NIV. When he brought it into the living room, Audrey decided to get hers, too. She pointed to the words and asked us to read it to her. Then, she pointed to her name and said, “My name is on the Bible.” It was so cute. She’s finally able to recognize her name on things instead of just the letter A.
There is just something pretty precious about teeny, tiny three year-old fingers pointing at such a powerful title.
Both of my kiddos got bibles as a first Easter gift from their Uncle Tom and Aunt Tammy. Such a wonderful gift!
