We recently had the opportunity to eat at Incredible Pizza with my friend and fellow teacher, Kristi and her twin sons. Aren't they cute? We had so much fun! Cole won tons of tickets right off the bat and Audrey made herself at home grabbing them as they came out of the machine. The kids had a wonderful time. I think the momma's were pretty exhausted, but happy that our kiddos had a night out. When it was all said and done, Cole won enough tickets to get Audrey a stuffed Nemo toy. (She thinks Nemo is fabulous, by the way!) She hugged Nemo like there was no tomorrow. I have to admit, I was pretty proud of big brother for doing something so selfless for his little sis. Her hug made it all worth it to him.
Kristi and I will be heading to St. Louis for a Reading conference tomorrow, along with another teacher. Wish our hubbies luck as they each hold down the fort as Dad and Mom. :)
